To increase and modernize its production capacity, Kaptan Demir Çelik Endüstrisi ve Ticaret A.Ş. planned the construction of a Wire Rod Rolling Mill Facility capable of producing 900,000 tons annually.

Between 2022 and 2023, Murel Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş. successfully completed the construction works for the TAB-1B, 2A, and 2B phases of the project, as well as the piping, hydraulic bent piping, and cold commissioning works for the entire site.

Scope of Work:

• 17,000 m² of formwork
• 10,200 m³ of concrete works
• 1,250 tons of construction rebar
• 34,000 m³ of slab scaffolding
• 37,000 WDI pipe welding
• 6,500 meters of bent piping
• Fabrication and installation of 230 tons of embedded anchors
• Commissioning
